Cancellation Policy + Fees

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours notice will not incur a change.

Sessions canceled with fewer than 48 hours notice will be charged will be charged at 50% of session rate.

Sessions charged with fewer than 24 hours notice will be charged for in full.

We understand that there are sometimes unforeseen life circumstances (e.g., medical and/or family emergencies, exciting once-in-a-lifetime events) that arise over the course of your tutoring relationship with us. If your last-minute cancellation is due to one of these unforeseen circumstances, let us know, and we will discuss appropriate arrangements with respect to cancellation fees.
